Cardiff Aviation agrees 5 year deal with TUI

Rolls-Royce powered Dreamliners have ETOPS limited

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has limited the ETOPS capability of Rolls-Royce powered Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
