Norwegian cuts some UK to US services to summer only

Low-cost carrier Norwegian Air International has cut some UK to US transatlantic routes to summer only from October 2018. Etihad appears to have axed the Abu Dhabi – Edinburgh (EDI/EGPH) service from the end of September 2018.
