Ryanair signs SAF deal to cut CO2

Budget airline Ryanair (FR/RYR) has signed a deal with Vienna-based OMV to supply 160,000 tonnes of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) at airports across Austria, Germany and Romania. The deal will give access to 53million gallons of SAF enabling the airline to save 400,000 tonnes of CO2, equivalent to 40,000 flights. [read more]
