The 2024 air display season has now been finalised for the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team (RAFAT) The Red Arrows and there are plenty of opportunities to see them in action both in the UK and abroad.
This year’s season will see The Reds, led by Squadron Leader Jon Bond, travel to most of the major UK air displays such as the Midlands Air Festival, Cosford Air Show, The Royal International Air Tattoo, Farnborough International Airshow and the Eastbourne International Airshow before heading off for a tour of Canada.
The Canada tour unfortunately means The Red Arrows will miss one of their annual staples, the Bournemouth Air Festival and will be a notable absence from the line-up.
In addition to the UK and Canada, the Reds will also visit France, Greece and Norway over the year.
2024 will also see the return to the nine-ship formation allowing the team to bring back the famous Diamond Nine formation.
