Ryanair cancels flights from Israel throughout March & April

Budget airline Ryanair is continuing its cancellation of flight from Israel through to March and April due to the ongoing conflict in Gaza.

According to Aviation News Israel the Dublin based carrier has started contacting passengers who had booked in those two months advising them they are entitled to a refund, to rebook for a later date or use an an alternative carrier if a flight is available.

Whilst Ryanair does not fly to Israel from the UK, it does operate flights from 7 European locations including Vienna, Poznan, Bucharest and Marseille.

Many airlines had hoped to resume flights in the spring 2024 including Wizz Air who recently announced resumption but the ongoing military action is causing airlines to rethink this.

There has been no formal statement from Ryanair regarding these cancellations at time of writing.
