If you are in Cardiff or the Isle of Wight today then you have the chance to see the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team (RAFAT), The Red Arrows as they streak across the sky with their iconic red white and blue smoke.

In Cardiff, the Red Arrows will do a flypast of Cardiff’s City Hall at 11:50 local time featuring 20 seconds of the red white and blue smoke.

The Cardiff flypast is to mark the opening of a special Battle of Britain exhibition which tells the story of the Welsh element of the Battle of Britain.

The two-day exhibition is free to visit but will only be available on Thursday, 16th September, and Friday, 17th September.

After Cardiff, the Red Arrows will head to Bournemouth Airport ahead of a full (hopefully) display at The Isle of Wight Festival.

The display is scheduled to take place at 17:00 local time at the Isle of Wight Festival, Sea Close Park, Newport which runs from today until Sunday 19th September.
