Having previously held the post of Senior VP (Vice-President), Public Affairs Ms Bennett’s new role will be as Senior VP, Airbus in the UK.

The move follows the departure, by mutual consent, of CEO and President Airbus Group UK, Paul Kahn.

Ms Bennett joined Airbus in 2004 and was promoted to Head of Communications in 2007. In 2010 she was made Head of Political Affairs liaising with the UK government over policy matters that concerned Airbus.

Ms Bennet has been a member of the UKTI Advanced Engineering Board since 2008.
