UK start-up Hans Airways cabin crew recruitment

UK start-up Hans Airways is recruiting cabin crew as it inches towards launching services from Birmingham (BHX/EGBB) to Milan in Italy and Amritsar in India.

The recruitment gives hints about its expected launch date with the airline hoping passenger operations will begin by the end of 2022.

Applicants for the role must have skills including being fluent in both spoken & written English/Punjabi, and Hindi, with Gujarati also desirable as well as being between 5ft2″ and 6ft2″.

Applicants must also be within around 90 minutes of Birmingham Airport for stand-by duties.

Hans Airways is a privately owned airline which will operate a hybrid model bringing the quality of a full-service airline together with the low fares of a budget carrier.

CEO and Chairman Ruchir Verma brings years of experience to the role from entrepreneurship and the corporate world and has a background in engineering.

Hans Airways’ first aircraft, Airbus A330-200 G-KJAS, was delivered to the airline in August and will be used to train crews ahead of the launch.
