Bristol Airport (BRS/EGGD) has scooped the top spot for staff courtesy in the UK in the latest ASQ survey.
The Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey is carried out by Airports Council International who use it as a benchmark for quality of service at the UK’s leading airports along with leading airports from 80 other countries.
The latest ASQ results (July-September 2017) rank Bristol Airport No1 for Staff Courtesy, terminal cleanliness as well as the comfort at the gate and other waiting areas.
The accolades come as Bristol Airport forecasts hitting 8m passengers in 2017, its 60th year of operation.
Tom McEwen, Customer Service Delivery Manager at Bristol Airport, said: “We are delighted to continue to receive such strong feedback from our passengers and to have achieved this in a record breaking year. We are not complacent and continue to invest in the passenger experience and develop world leading facilities. Work is currently underway to enhance car parking at the Airport creating the first on-site multi storey car park, situated in close proximity to the terminal, which will be open for Summer 2018.”
