
Dublin, Ireland based leasing specialist Avolon has seen its net income increase by 36% in Quarter 1 of 2025.
Avolon specialises in leasing airliners to airlines across the globe with a strong focus on modern fuel effecient aircraft.
Quarter 1 (Q1) saw the Irish lessor have an income of $145 million compared to $107 million in Q1 of 2024 with leasing revenue totaling $683 million, a 10% increase on the previous year.

During Q1 of 2025 Avolon acquired 115 aircraft through deliveries of new aircraft and the acquisition of Castlelake Aviation meaning its global fleet now stands at 1,096 aircraft along with commitments for 457 new technology aircraft such as the A320neo family.
In total 97% of Avolon’s current order book is placed with customers across the world.
