Airbus deliveries 63 aircraft in March 2024

Airbus delivered 63 airliners to 32 customers across the globe in March continuing its positive start to the year, it also received further orders for 137 airliners.

March deliveries included 55 single-aisle airliners along with 8 wide-bodies.

Single-aisle deliveries comprised 28 A321neos, 23 A320neos, 3 A220-300s and one A220-200 to airlines including easyJet, Wizz Air, Delta Airlines and Jet2.

Wide-body deliveries saw 3 A330-900s being delivered to Corsair, Condor and ITA Airways along with A350-900s to Starlux, Iberia and Turkish Airlines, and one A350-1000 to Virgin Atlantic Airways.

Gross orders for the month totalled 137 comprising 96 Airbus A320neo family aircraft, including 85 A321neos for American Airlines along with 5 A350F’s for Starlux, and 33 A350s for Korean Air.

The strong orders and delivery reflect well on the UK economy with the wings for all Airbus A3XX airlines being made in Broughton, North Wales.
