Loganair surprises frequent flying twins

The UK’s largest regional airline Loganair (LM/LOG) has surprised frequent flying twins Archie and Florrie Gray with a free flight as the pairs booking hit the 150,000th passenger mark on the Inverness to Manchester route.

The 14-year-old Brother and Sister were greeted at Inverness Airport by Donna McHugh, Head of Revenue and Sales at Loganair, as they arrived for their flight to Manchester, a trip they make every two weeks to see their Dad.

Richard Gray, the twins father, said: “I know my children are in safe hands with Loganair every time they fly with them and I am absolutely over the moon that they’re part of this celebration, memories that will last with them forever”.

Inverness Airport general manager, Graeme Bell, added: “The Inverness Manchester route has proved to be immensely popular with passengers, linking the Highland capital with one of the great cities of England. It illustrates that demand for regular flights from trusted airline operators has been very resilient post-pandemic. We are pleased that Loganair continues to deliver this service to an incredibly high standard.”

The airline operates 10 flights per between Inverness and Manchester providing a vital connection from the Scottish city to the Northern gateway of Manchester where customers can take advantage of Loganair’s codeshare agreements with airlines such as British Airways, Etihad and Finnair.
