The UK’s largest regional airline Loganair has outlined its schedule for Summer 2023 from the Isle of Man to the UK capital.

Starting from 31st March 2023 the schedule will include a direct daily flight from the Isle of Man to London Heathrow following the airline’s acquisition of slots at the Uk’s biggest airport.

Other flights include a service to London City which operates twice daily Monday to Wednesday and daily on Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

Customers using Loganair’s new Heathrow service will able to take advantage of the airline’s partnership with key airlines such as British Airways, United Airlines, Emirates, Turkish Airlines, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines to connect around the globe on a single booking.

Luke Lovegrove, chief commercial officer, said: “We’re proud to confirm our full summer 2023 schedule between Isle of Man and London. It offers superb choice for our Isle of Man customers, enabling access to short breaks or longer stays, including internationally, for both business and leisure purposes. We expect our services to extremely popular and we’d encourage customers to book as early as possible.”

Isle of Man to London flights will be operated a 72-seat ATR72-600 turboprop which is one of the most efficient aircraft for regional air travel and offers passengers excellent on-board comfort.

The airline now has 30 staff based at Ronaldsway who support all the company’s operations to and from the Isle of Man.
