Flybe have announced today that it is bringing forward the start date of its new Cardiff to Berlin route to the 1st October 2016, one month earlier than planned.
The move is a direct result of high public demand for the twice weekly route between Cardiff Wales Airport (CWL) and Berlin Tegel (TXL).
The flights will operate on a Saturday and Wednesday at the following times:
- Saturday – Departs CWL 15:00 Arrives TXL 18:00 | Departs TXL 18:35 Arrives CWL 19:35
- Wednesday Departs CWL 13:55 Arrives TXL 16:55 | Departs TXL 17:30 Arrives CWL 18:30
From the 2nd November the times for both Saturday and Wednesday will be:
- Departs CWL 10:20 Arrives TXL 16:55 | Departs TXL 13:55 Arrives CWL 15:05
The route will operated by Flybe’s Embraer E195 Aircraft. They currently have 2 based at its Cardiff Base.
