Embraer Q1 results show revenues of $1.1 billion

Brazilian OEM Embraer has released its Quarter 1 (Q1) results which show a revenue of $1.1 billion, the highest Q1 ever experienced by Embraer and is 23% higher than Q1 last year.

Once adjusted for EBIT, the revenues are $62 million giving a margin of 5.6%.

The company has been boosted by strong sales of its popular Embraer E-Jet range, including the new E2 models and it delivered 7 of the airliners in Q1 (3x E2s and 3 E1s).

Embraer also delivered 23 private jets making total deliveries for Q1 30, a 20% year on year increase.

The value of ‘Embraer’s order backlog is also the highest the company has ever seen and currently sites at $26.4 billion.

Looking ahead Embraer aims to deliver between 77 to 85 commercial aircraft in 2025 along with 145 to 155 aircraft from its private and executive product line. Its revenue forecast remains at $7 to $7.5 billion for the yeah as a whole.
