Cardiff Airport and AEROS flying school are hosting a “Fly-In” event on the 9th August 2015 to raise money for Wales Air Ambulance.

The event is open to all private light aircraft with a maximum weight of 2 tonnes and the event is being offered with a reduced landing rate of just £15. Refreshments on the day will be available from the Cambrian Cafe Bar which is located on the south side of the airfield.

The event is strictly PPR (Prior Permission Required) and all monies raised on the day will be donated to Wales Air Ambulance.

Debra Barber, MD of Cardiff Airport said “It is a privilege to be able to offer the private owners of light aircraft the chance to experience landing into Cardiff Airport during what is already a busy summer season for us”

The airport also stated that anyone wishing to attend the event should contact Neil Boyles or Sean Link from AEROS via email cardiff@aeros.co.uk or call 01446 710000 to obtain permission and arrange arrival.
