AJET opens ticket sales as rebrand from Anadolujet begins

AJET, a wholly owned subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, has opened sales for tickets ahead of its first AJET flight later this month on the 31st March.

Istanbul headquartered AJET is the new name for AnadoluJet which launched in 2008 as a low-cost airline to improve travel links to the Anatolia peninsula of Turkey.

The airline has a fleet of 95 aircraft and serves 93 destinations across Turkey, Europe and Asia, including the UK.

As part of the rebrand AJET announced it will be expanding its route network including new flights from Istanbul’s Sabiha Gokcen Airport to London Stansted (STN/EGSS).

AJET also aims to expand its fleet to 200 aircraft within the next decade.

Passengers who had booked on AnadoluJet for flights beyond the 31st March 2024 will be automatically transferred onto AJET flightss.

AJET’s fleet includes a mix of Boeing 737 Max, Boeing 737-800, Airbus A320 and Airbus A321 aircraft.
