Irish carrier Aer Lingus (EI/EIN) will fly its Airbus A321neo LR aircraft from London Heathrow (LHR/EGLL) to Dublin (DUB/EIDW) in November this year following delivery delays to the airline.

Aer Lingus was due to start flying its latest long-range A321on transatlantic services to Hartford from July 2019 but these will now not start until August and Montreal, due to start in August has been put off until Summer 2020.

To help familiarise crews in the operation of the aircraft in service the Airbus A321neo LR will operate the morning flight between Heathrow & Dublin from the 1st November, but it is not known for how long.

The airline should have four of the type in service by the end of 2019.
